Chris started developing and implementing crisis communications audits, procedures, manuals, training and testing in the early 1990s with several food companies including Homepride Foods and Quorn Foods. 

A highly experienced PR adviser who, for more than 35 years, has worked across many sectors including food and drink and events worldwide, he has also developed comprehensive crisis procedures and training for Wembley Arena and Wembley Conference & Exhibition Centre and advised many other venues and property owners planning for or handling crises.

Dominic has had over 30 years experience in communications, most recently being responsible for global corporate communications at Ricoh, a £20 billion turnover company with over 100,000 employees spread across 180 countries. Dominic was a member of the Board of Fuel, the e-learning specialists, where he was responsible for sales and marketing, before the company was acquired by US-based Learning Resources Network. 

Dominic started out his career at Unilever after graduating with a degree in International Marketing and French from Greenwich University. Dominic has worked in Paris, New York, San Francisco, London and Tokyo and has developed a global perspective on crisis communications.
